My Story

I learned early that nothing was guaranteed. That experience shaped how I think about people, responsibility, opportunity, and the decisions leaders make when the stakes are real.
Where I Began
I did not start with the credentials most people associate with executive leadership.
I learned by doing the work, taking responsibility early, and earning trust one decision at a time. Leadership was never status. It was whether people could trust me when the outcome was uncertain.
